Privacy policy

We are a small, independent insurance agency. We keep what you tell us private, we ask for as little as we can, and we use it only to help you. This page explains what that means in practice.
What we ask for on this website
Our forms ask only for the following:
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- What you would like to talk about, and a time that suits you.
- Your agreement to be contacted (the wording is shown above every Submit button).
What we do not ask for here
Please do not send us health details, your Medicare number, your Social Security number or your date of birth through this website. We do not need them to arrange a conversation. If we need any of them later to help you, we will ask in person or by phone.
How we use what you share
- To reply to your message, book your appointment and send you confirmations and reminders.
- To help you with the coverage you asked about, and to stay in touch as we told you we would.
- To keep a record of our conversations and of your agreement to be contacted, as insurance and Medicare marketing rules require.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run our office, such as our email and calendar service and our secure cloud storage. They handle your information only on our behalf and under written agreements that protect it. If you choose to enroll in a plan, we share what the insurance company needs to process your application.
How we protect it
Our records are stored in a secure, encrypted system that only our own team can open, and they sign in with a second step. We keep a record of who looks at or changes a person's file. We do not put names, phone numbers or health details in our system logs.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers. It does not load fonts, scripts or maps from other companies. So that the banner at the top of the home page does not change on you as you move between pages, your browser remembers which one it showed you until you close the page. That note stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
We keep simple counts of how often pages and buttons are used. These counts do not identify you and use no cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep records of our conversations and of your agreement to be contacted for ten years, as the rules require. Backups of our system are kept for a short time and then deleted automatically.
Your choices
- Tell us you would rather not be contacted, and we will stop. Call 610-329-4695 (TTY 711) or reply to any email from us.
- Ask to see, correct or remove what we hold about you. We will help you, except for records we are required to keep.
- Ask us any question about this page.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
