AFA Associates is an independent insurance agency at Rosemont Plaza in Bryn Mawr, PA. We're not tied to one insurance company, so our job is to find the coverage that fits you, help when something goes wrong, and explain how it all works in plain language.

We compare plans from 20+ insurance companies against your doctors, prescriptions and budget, and show you the differences side by side.

Service support
After you enroll, we help with paperwork, lower-cost ways to get your prescriptions, and calls to your insurance company or a government office. Advocacy help runs January to September; during annual reviews (October to December) we give you the details to make those calls yourself.

Education
Small Medicare workshops at our office, short Zoom sessions, and talks at senior communities and libraries every spring.

How our year works

March – May
Education: workshops and community talks, and reminders to clients about their benefits.
June – August
Summer check-ups: how your coverage is working, problems to fix, and booking your fall review.
October – December
Annual reviews for every client, and for non-clients at no cost. Appointments only.
January – September
Advocacy help with insurance companies and government offices.

Founder and General Agent
Lori has been a licensed health and accident insurance agent for more than 14 years, working independently across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida. She leads our reviews and advocacy help herself.

Licensed health and accident insurance agent
Tonya serves clients across Pennsylvania from central PA. Hardworking, a great people person and focused on her clients' health insurance needs.
