Accessibility

Last updated October 27, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website and to reach us. Many of the people we help are over 64, so we built the site with large text, high contrast and simple pages from the start.

What we have done

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We test our pages as we build them, and we fix problems when we find them.

If something does not work for you

If you have trouble using any part of this website, please tell us and we will help you another way, or fix the problem. We can book your appointment by phone, send documents in large print, or arrange a visit at a time and place that suits you.

Other people's tools

When you meet us on Zoom, you use Zoom's own tools, which have their own accessibility features. If Zoom does not work for you, we will gladly meet by phone or in person.
